Overview
The Associate Legacy Estate Specialist (ALES) certification provides a structured introduction to estate and legacy planning.
Participants develop an understanding of how assets, wills, insurance nominations, LPAs, trusts and other planning considerations interact within an individual's overall estate.
Rather than focusing on individual legal instruments in isolation, ALES introduces participants to the broader estate-planning landscape and the roles played by financial advisers, estate planners, lawyers and other professionals.
Through practical examples and common client scenarios, participants learn to recognise estate-planning needs and understand when further planning or specialist support may be required.
Participants who successfully complete the assessment will receive the Associate Legacy Estate Specialist (ALES) certification from Mezzanine Institute.
